2. Can I transfer credit to a university degree?
Students who successfully complete the following courses at Martin College will be deemed to have met the minimum entry requirements for most Australian universities:
- Advanced Diploma of Business Management
- Diploma of Information Technology (Systems Administration)
- Diplomas of Graphic Design - all streams
To gain entrance into university you must achieve at least the minimum specified grades and meet the entry requirements. Australian universities also expect applicants to have completed senior secondary education (or equivalent).
3. Does Martin College recognise prior learning?
You may find that you already have some of the skills and knowledge relevant to the course that you have chosen to study. Please contact us to arrange an assessment of your eligibility for Recognition of Prior Learning.

Yes, Martin College provides nationally recognized training in Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia.
6. How do I apply for a course and what is the enrolment process?
There are several ways that you can apply for a course at Martin College, which includes using our online application form, by post, fax or at a campus. Find out more here >>>
7. I am an international student, where can I find out about visas and immigration?
You can contact the Department of Immigration and Citizenship on 131 881 or visit their website at www.immi.gov.au
8. English is not my first language, is my level of English good enough to study at Martin College?
A significant number of students have English as their second language and successfully complete their courses.
Students wishing to undertake a Martin College program must meet the relevant English language entry requirements of the course. Our English language preparation programs are designed to help students who need additional training to meet these requirements in the shortest time possible.

9. What is the timetable like at Martin College?
Generally, classes are scheduled between Monday and Thursday from 8.30am to 5.30pm. Depending on what subject(s) you are studying you may be required to attend College 3 to 4 days a week.

10. How do I make a student loan application?
You will need to enrol into your chosen course (enrolment fee is $190) to receive a Confirmation of Enrolment Letter.
You can then apply for a National Australia Bank TSP Deferred Repayment Loan. This option allows you to borrow money now when you need it most, and then pay it back after your course when your earning capacity is greater.
Student loans are only available to local students.
11. Will I need to buy any text books?
We have designed our courses to minimise the necessity of purchasing text books; many readings are provided. However, the number of textbooks you will need will depend on the course you select.

12. Can I gain work experience while studying?
Many of our students gain valuable work experience while studying. If you would like to get some work experience yourself, you will need to register your interest once you have commenced your course.
13. Can I pay tuition fees in installments?
Yes, it is possible to pay to pay your course fees in installments.
